The pricing outlined here covers our placement and referral services. Nanny pay is set independently and will vary depending on your family’s needs and the caregiver’s experience.

How It Works

Select your package and submit the non-refundable deposit.
4. Intake Call
Our intake call is a focused consultation designed to understand your household, expectations, and ideal caregiver profile, allowing us to deliver highly tailored candidate matches.
5. We Get to Work
We begin sourcing, vetting, and presenting candidates aligned with your needs.

Candidate Clause
During a single search process, we may present up to four candidates (nannies/babysitters) to a family. Due to the extensive time and effort involved in screening and vetting each candidate, the maximum number of candidates is set at four. To connect with more than four candidates, the family will be required to pay an additional non-refundable fee of $100 to extend the search process. This limit applies to both a standard search and the rush search.
Additional Information
Deposits:
Including a non-refundable deposit allows us to better devote our time and effort on behalf of serious clients. This also protects Holly in the event that a family hires someone independently. Additionally, this fee helps to cover costs such as a premium Care.com account, one of the main resources that we use to find you a great match!
Contracts:
A signed family contract, agreeing to pay both the non-refundable deposit and the Finder's Fee upon hiring a nanny or sitter through Nanny Search LLC, is required before an official search can begin.
Nanny & Sitter Compensation:
Babysitters and nannies are paid directly by the family. Nanny Search LLC does not handle payroll.
