Standard Search: 4+ week turnaround time

Deposit (Non-Refundable): $150.00
Finder’s Fee: $500.00
Total Cost: $650.00

Rush Search: 2-4 week turnaround time

Deposit (Non-Refundable): $250.00
Finder’s Fee: $750.00
Total Cost: $1,000.00

If a client cancels a rush search after receiving candidate options, a $250 cancellation fee will apply in addition to the deposit.

Standard Search

How It Works ~

Inquiry Form:

Submit your form and we’ll reach out to schedule a free discovery call to learn more about your family and childcare needs.

Decision to Move Forward:

If you’d like to proceed, we’ll send you a short family questionnaire and a client service agreement.

Deposit & Contract:

Once your agreement is signed and the $100 non-refundable deposit is paid, we’ll officially begin your search — connecting with candidates, reviewing applications, and presenting only those who are the best fit.

Placement Fee:

If you hire through us, the remaining $550 Finder’s Fee is due on your nanny or sitter’s first day, for a total service fee of $650.

The Standard Search package is best suited for families whose childcare needs begin at least one month after the discovery call. Please note that we are unable to accommodate firm start dates within a month under this plan. If your family requires care within 2–4 weeks, we recommend reviewing our Rush Search package below.

Kindly note that while the Rush Search expedites the process, it does not guarantee placement within that timeframe.

Rush Search

How It Works ~

At Nanny Search LLC, we understand that sometimes childcare needs arise unexpectedly. For families needing a nanny to start within 2–4 weeks (vs. our standard 4+ week timeline), we offer an expedited Rush Search service.

Pricing:

$250 non-refundable deposit to begin
$1,000 total placement fee (deposit applied; $750 due on nanny’s first day)

What to Expect:

The same thorough vetting and screening process as our standard searches, with accelerated timelines
Daily, dedicated attention to your search — we actively source, review, and connect with candidates every day until your role is filled
Priority placement in our recruiting queue, ensuring your search is handled ahead of non-rush requests
While immediate placement cannot be guaranteed, our expedited process is designed to secure qualified candidates as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality

Cancellation:

If you cancel after candidate options have been provided, an additional $250 cancellation fee will apply to cover the expedited time and resources invested in your search.

Candidate Clause

During a single search process, we may present up to four candidates (nannies/babysitters) to a family. Due to the extensive time and effort involved in screening and vetting each candidate, the maximum number of candidates is set at four. To connect with more than four candidates, the family will be required to pay an additional non-refundable fee of $100 to extend the search process. This limit applies to both a standard search and the rush search.

Additional Information

Deposits:

Including a non-refundable deposit allows us to better devote our time and effort on behalf of serious clients. This also protects Holly in the event that a family hires someone independently. Additionally, this fee helps to cover costs such as a premium Care.com account, one of the main resources that we use to find you a great match!

Contracts:

A signed family contract, agreeing to pay both the non-refundable deposit and the Finder's Fee upon hiring a nanny or sitter through Nanny Search LLC, is required before an official search can begin.

Nanny & Sitter Compensation:

Babysitters and nannies are paid directly by the family. Nanny Search LLC does not handle payroll.
