About The Owner

Nanny Search LLC was founded by long-time childcare provider Holly Anderson, who created the service to help families reclaim their time while finding exceptional, trusted caregivers.

 

​Holly is a proud West Chester University alumna, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and a Minor in Special Education.​

 

She began working in childcare in 2010 and served as a professional nanny from 2018 to 2022, supporting more than sixteen families across Greater Philadelphia. That hands-on experience remains one of the most rewarding chapters of her career and continues to inform how she supports families today.

 

Today, Holly applies her childcare background alongside her professional recruiting career with a local, women-owned staffing firm. She uses the same structured recruiting approach to carefully screen, vet, and match families with qualified, dependable caregivers. This blend of firsthand experience and professional expertise allows her to guide families with clarity, transparency, and confidence throughout the entire search process.
