About The Owner

Nanny Search LLC was founded by long-time childcare provider Holly Anderson, who created the service to help families reclaim their time while finding exceptional, trusted caregivers.

 

​Holly is a proud West Chester University alumna, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and a Minor in Special Education.​

 

She has been babysitting since 2010 and worked as a professional nanny from 2018 to 2022, supporting more than sixteen families across Pennsylvania. Nannying remains one of the most rewarding chapters of her career.

 

​Today, Holly combines her extensive childcare background with her professional recruiting expertise as a full-time recruiter for a local, women-owned staffing firm. This unique blend of experience fuels her passion for connecting families with the right nanny or babysitter.​​​​​​​​
