Hi, I’m Holly—so glad you’re here!

Founded by long-time childcare provider Holly Anderson, Nanny Search LLC is a dedicated service designed to give families their time back while helping them find exceptional caregivers.

​

I’m a proud West Chester University alumna, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and a Minor in Special Education. I’ve been babysitting since 2010 and worked as a professional nanny from 2018 to 2022, supporting over sixteen families across Pennsylvania. Nannying remains one of the most rewarding careers I’ve ever had.

Today, I combine my childcare experience with my professional recruiting expertise as a full-time recruiter for a local, women-owned staffing firm. This unique blend fuels my passion for matching families with the perfect nanny or babysitter.
