Nanny Search LLC was founded by Holly Duff (Anderson) to make finding exceptional childcare easier, more personal, and far less overwhelming for families.

With firsthand experience in both professional childcare and recruiting, Holly brings a unique perspective to the search process. She handles the time-consuming work behind the scenes—from sourcing and screening to reference checks—so families can spend less time searching and more time getting to know thoughtfully vetted candidates.

Meet Holly

Holly’s childcare career began in 2010, eventually leading her to work as a professional nanny from 2018–2022. During that time, she supported more than sixteen families throughout Greater Philadelphia, gaining firsthand experience with the very different needs, personalities, schedules, and dynamics that make every family unique.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Chester University with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and a Minor in Special Education, giving her an educational foundation that complements her years of hands-on childcare experience.

Today, Holly brings that background together with five years of professional recruiting experience. Her work in talent acquisition has strengthened the structured sourcing, interviewing, reference-checking, and relationship-building skills that now shape the Nanny Search process.

It’s a combination that allows her to understand the search from both sides: what makes someone a wonderful caregiver and what it takes to find, evaluate, and hire the right person.
