How It Works
1. Tell Me About Your Family
Once you've selected your search, you'll complete a Family Intake Form and we'll connect by phone. I'll learn more about your children, schedule, childcare needs, priorities, and what you're looking for in your future nanny.
2. Your Search Begins
I'll create your job description and begin sourcing candidates specifically for your family. I manage the outreach and initial screening, so you don't have to sort through applications or spend hours figuring out who may actually be a fit.
3. Candidate Vetting
Promising candidates move through a more detailed screening process, including a phone interview and professional reference checks. I only send a candidate to you once I've completed my process and feel they're genuinely worth your time.
4. Meet Your Matches
As I identify candidates who align with your family, I’ll send you a detailed profile with their experience, availability, compensation expectations, references, and my notes from the screening process. Every candidate I introduce has been vetted with your specific needs in mind, and I encourage families to meet with each match I send their way.
You’ll connect directly with the candidate for an interview, and I’ll check in with both sides afterward to gather feedback and help coordinate next steps as needed.
5. Make It Official
Found your person? You'll extend the offer and finalize employment details directly with your nanny. I'll help make sure you know what comes next so you can start your new childcare arrangement feeling confident.
