Candidate Requirements

To be considered for placement through Nanny Search, candidates must meet a few baseline requirements:

• At least 16 years old

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• At least two recent professional, childcare-related references

• For full-time nanny positions, at least two years of full-time nannying experience

• Individual families may have additional requirements based on their children's ages, schedule, transportation needs, or other specifics of the position.
